Mark W. Blodgett

Mark W. Blodgett has been a member of the Board of Directors and
an executive officer of the company since 1989 and maintains overall
responsibility for daily operations and strategic planning. Prior
to joining StockerYale, Mr. Blodgett was president of August Capital
Corporation a private merchant bank (1988-89), was corporate vice
president at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. in New York (1980-88)
and was an associate in the area of mergers and acquisitions for
the European American Bank from 1979 to 1980.
Mr. Blodgett is actively involved in the World President's Organization (former New England Chapter Chairman) and serves on Board of Directors of various not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Blodgett holds an MA Honors in Economics from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
Timothy P. Losik
Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer

Timothy P. Losik was appointed COO/CFO on January 7, 2008 with
responsibility for all day-to-day operations across the Company's
worldwide operating units and to head its financial organization.
Mr. Losik, is a veteran of the technology sector with nearly 14 years
of executive-level experience in financial and operations management
and served as the Chief Financial Officer at Bluesocket, Inc., a privately
held provider of enterprise mobility solutions provider prior to coming
to StockerYale, Inc.
In his most recent role at Bluesocket, Inc., Mr. Losik was responsible for the company's financial management, acquisition evaluation and had supply chain and operations management responsibilities, where he achieved major improvements in product costs and product time-to-market. Prior to Bluesocket, he was Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Globalware Solutions, Inc., a privately held supply chain management company. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Losik was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Omtool, LTD., Nasdaq-listed software company, where he was instrumental in leading a turnaround and restructuring program. From 1986 to 2000, Mr. Losik served in various positions at Hadco Corporation, a NYSE-listed advanced printed circuit manufacturer, including Senior Vice President of manufacturing and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and ultimately as the Senior Vice President of global printed circuit board (PCB) operations at Sanmina-SCI upon Hadco's acquisition by Sanmina-SCI in December 2000.
